Participant Expectations and Requirements

To ensure a positive and productive environment, participants must be willing to:

  • Commit fully to the program and its goals

  • Follow all rules, policies, and schedules

  • Attend and actively participate in required classes and activities

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and fellow participants

  • Take accountability for actions, attendance, and progress

  • Work toward employment readiness and personal stability

  • Comply with any legal or supervision requirements, if applicable

  • Employment readiness support, including resume and job preparation
