Founder Bio
Adrianne Kater is the Founder of Pave It Forward Foundation, a nonprofit organization created to support men rebuilding their lives after incarceration, homelessness, trauma, and life challenges.
Adrianne started Pave It Forward because she saw the need for safe housing, structure, mentorship, and real support for men returning home and trying to start over. She understands that many people come home with limited resources, broken family connections, no stable place to live, and very little guidance. Her goal is to create a place where men are not only housed, but supported, challenged, and encouraged to become stronger fathers, sons, leaders, and members of the community.
Through Pave It Forward Foundation, Adrianne is committed to helping men build stability, develop life skills, reconnect with family, find purpose, and move forward with accountability and dignity.
Her work is rooted in compassion, second chances, community restoration, and the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life.
As Founder, Adrianne continues to lead the mission of changing pain into power and helping men create a better path forward.
